Description
This course prepares you for the Delaware real estate sales licensing examination. The course consists of three distinct sections: real estate principles, law, and math. A math challenge exam will be given the first night of class to determine if you are exempt from taking the math final. Successful completion meets the Delaware real estate education requirements. Textbooks are included in tuition. Please bring a 3-ring binder to class. Approved by the DE and MD real estate commissions. If you are applying for reciprocity in Delaware, please contact our registration team at 302-259-6330 to register for the law program separately. Our Pre-Licensing program, in accordance with DE and MD regulations, provides three courses that must be passed in order to sit for the licensure exam:
Real Estate Sales, 11 sessions, 44 hrs (Georgetown)
Real Estate Law, 8 sessions, 32 hrs (Georgetown)
Real Estate Math, 7 sessions, 28 hrs (Georgetown)
Approved by the DE and MD real estate commissions.
Students must be 18 years of age.
