CompTIA Tech+ and A+ is a laddered certification program designed to equip participants with foundational to entry-level IT knowledge and hands-on skills for technical support roles. The training covers core technology concepts, computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, security, troubleshooting, and IT operations, while preparing participants for both the CompTIA Tech+ and A+ certification exams and teaching industry-standard best practices.
