Description
CompTIA A+ is an entry-level certification course designed to equip participants with foundational IT knowledge and hands-on skills required for a career in IT support and technical roles. The training covers computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, security, mobile devices, troubleshooting, and operational procedures. Participants will gain practical experience in diagnosing and resolving common technical issues while learning best practices for IT operations.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

5. Security – Threat identification, malware protection, and basic security practices
6. Mobile Devices – Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for smartphones
