Description
This state- and nationally-approved course prepares students to provide emergency care and transport. Training includes 100 hours of online learning and 80 hours of hands-on classroom instruction. Students learn to assess and manage respiratory, cardiac, and trauma emergencies, and must complete an ambulance ride-along outside class hours.

Refund Policy
For a full refund, you must contact the Workforce Development and Community Education office at least 72 hours before the first session. Withdrawals within the first week receive a 75% refund. Refunds are not given for classes that have three or fewer sessions, with the exception of the above 72-hour refund request. Please note that there are some courses with different refund policies.
