Description
This course prepares students for a dynamic career in healthcare, training them to support providers with patient prep, lab procedures, and diagnostic testing. Instruction combines in-person classes, online lectures, labs, and clinical experience. Graduates are eligible to take the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) national exam. In addition to the theory hours, a clinical experience may be provided, based on availability.

For a full refund, you must contact the Workforce Development and Community Education office at least 72 hours before the first session.
Withdrawals within the first week receive a 75% refund. Refunds are not given for classes that have three or fewer sessions, with the exception of the above 72-hour refund request. Please note that there are some courses with different refund policies.
