Description
This course is for someone looking for an exciting, challenging, and rewarding career in healthcare. This program will provide training to prepare students with skills to assist the provider by preparing patients for examination and treatment, routine laboratory
procedures, and diagnostic testing. Classes are taught in person and through online lectures, student laboratory, and clinical experiences. Upon successful completion of this course, students can sit for the Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) National exam.
Minimum 10.0 grade-level equivalent in Reading required.

For a full refund you must contact the Workforce Development and Community Education office at least 72 hours before the first session. Withdrawals within the first week receive a 75% refund. Refunds are not given for classes that have three or fewer sessions, with the exception of the above 72-hour refund request.
