Description
This program will prepare the students to obtain two certifications in Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner respectably.
Graduates will work as a Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner in organizations managing projects through the Scrum process, removing impediments and liaison as a servant leader while coordinating with cross functional teams.
The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner certification covers the Scrum framework, including team accountabilities; events, and artifacts, and helps individuals learn how to guide teams in applying Scrum effectively
