Description
Classes are held from 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
This 12-week (420 hour) training course is designed for those individuals who are interested in becoming employed in the Plumbing field.
Certificates and Certifications Achieved Upon Course Completion:
- NCCER Core Curriculum
- NCCER Plumbing Level 1
- 1st Year Apprenticeship Certification
- Advanced Placement into Second Year of the Delaware Apprenticeship Program
- 10 Hour OSHA Certification
Curriculum:
- 50% of the course is classroom instruction comprised of reading, math, safety,
- 50% of the course is hands-on training in the career lab.
Certifications achieved upon course completion:
- NCCER Core
- NCCER Plumbing Level 1
- 1st Year Apprenticeship Certification
- 10-hour OSHA
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass reading and math exam (CASA)
- Pass criminal background check and drug testing.
- Transportation
- Registered with Selective Service (Males)
- Must be a Delaware resident.
