Description
General Program Description: Information Technology Infrastructure Library ( ITIL® ) is a framework of best practice guidelines and approaches intended to facilitate the delivery of high quality information technology (IT) services. ITIL outlines an extensive set of management procedures to support businesses in achieving both quality and value for money in IT operations. These procedures are supplier independent and have been developed to provide guidance across IT infrastructure, development, and operations. This program includes our 3-Day Instructor Led Course and Exam Voucher. It also includes as an added bonus our Self Study ITIL course so students can continue learning and reviewing before the exam.

After expiration of the 72-Hour cancellation privilege, if the student fails to enter the course, or withdraws or is discontinued at any time prior to completion refunds will be based on the period of enrollment computed on the basis of course time expressed in clock hours. This is an exception to our standard policy.
