Description
Come learn all the skills required to become successful as a Home Health Aide. This training program prepares students to start a career in the healthcare field. The program includes classroom instruction understanding home health aide services, infection prevention and standard precautions, safety, emergency care, understanding client’s needs, personal care and basic healthcare skills, transfers and ambulation, medications and technology, understanding special client needs and much more. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, and score 501 on the reading and 496 on the math TABE test.

Refund Policy
To receive a refund, the student must complete and submit an official withdraw form. Withdrawals received more than 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 100% cost. Withdrawals received within 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 75% of the tuition cost. No refund after class start date, unless indicated on the payment plan. Certificate program students should refer to their payment plan agreement for refund details.
