Instructional Program (CIP)
Description
Students will learn to prepare patients for exams and treatments, perform routine lab procedures, diagnostic tests, and phlebotomy techniques. Instruction includes in-person classes, online lectures, lab work, and clinical experience. Upon completion, students are eligible to take the CCMA and Certified Phlebotomy
Technician national exams. In addition to the theory hours, a clinical experience may be provided, based
on availability.
Minimum 10.0 grade-level equivalent in Reading required.
