and CTP codes. Learn how medical insurance claims processes and reimbursement procedures are used in
filing insurance reimbursement claims for physician practices, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and

To receive a refund, the student must complete and submit an official withdraw form. Withdrawals received more than 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 100% cost. Withdrawals received within 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 75% of the tuition cost. No refund after class start date, unless indicated on the payment plan. Certificate programs students should refer to their payment plan agreement for refund details.
