Description

This billing and coding programs trains students to analyze health records in detail to assign the accurate ICD-10
and CTP codes. Learn how medical insurance claims processes and reimbursement procedures are used in
filing insurance reimbursement claims for physician practices, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and
outpatient clinics.
Students should have a high school diploma. If they do not, they may enroll and will be deferred to our
counselors working in the James H. Groves Adult High School program.

Refund Policy

To receive a refund, the student must complete and submit an official withdraw form.  Withdrawals received more than 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 100% cost.  Withdrawals received within 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 75% of the tuition cost.  No refund after class start date, unless indicated on the payment plan.  Certificate programs students should refer to their payment plan agreement for refund details.
