Instructional Program (CIP)
The purpose of the Clinical Medical Assistant program is to prepare students to assist physicians by performing
functions related to the clinical aspects of the medical office.
Students should have a high school diploma. If they do not, they may enroll and will be referred to our
counselors working in the James H. Groves Adult High School program.

To receive a refund, the student must complete and submit an official withdraw form. Withdrawals received more than 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 100% cost. Withdrawals received within 3 business days prior to class start will be refunded at 75% of the tuition cost. No refund after class start date, unless indicated on the payment plan. Certificate programs students should refer to their payment plan agreement for refund details.
