Electronic Technician – $29.60 an hour / Multiple Shifts Available

We have immediate opportunities with our team as an Electronic Technician at our Dover, DE facility.
As an Electronic Technician your responsibilities will include:
+ Support production through the efficient diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment malfunctions. Provide Engineering assistance for the installation, layout design, fabrication, and debug utilizing PLC’s and other industrial controls. Support maintenance of production equipment.
+ Current shifts available:
+ 2nd Shift – 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM M-F .65/hour shift diff
+ 3rd Shift – 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM M-F .75/hour shift diff

Role specific requirements for this position are as follows:
+ HS Diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 2-years of experience as an Electronic Technician or equivalent education in the field.
+ Ability to work overtime/alternate schedules as business needs dictate.
+ Have working knowledge of control systems and programming languages used in industrial machinery.
+ Ability to work from schematics, sketches, written and verbal instructions, and able to efficiently complete assignments in a timely manner under a minimum of supervision.
+ Proficient in utilizing electrical (480V & under)/electronic test equipment for the purposes of debugging and repairing solid state equipment control (digital logic) systems.
+ Satisfactorily complete skills evaluation
Preferred skills/experience for this position are as follows:
+ Associate Degree in Electromechanical, Electronics or similar field or 4 year equivalent Industrial and/or military electronics background
