Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and brand loyalty.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote an excellent customer experience, including but are not limited to:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
- Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained
- Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance
- Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientele retention
- Remain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
- Actively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any time
- Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct set forth by the company and management
- Attend and participate in occasional work meetings
- Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to manager if obstacles arise
- Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands’ culture flourishes
