What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be a key member of the production team responsible for delivering quality products and keeping operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Operating manufacturing equipment and production machinery
Producing high-quality products while meeting daily production goals
Performing inspections and quality checks using testing equipment
Following established safety, quality, and operational procedures
Assisting with updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

Qualifications:

1+ year of recent manufacturing or production experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Safety-focused mindset
Ability to work overtime as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Positive, team-oriented attitude
