Job Description
As a Bakery Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that turns a simple visit into a memorable experience. You’ll guide customers through our selection, share product knowledge, and ensure every order—whether it’s a single cookie or a wedding cake—is handled with care. Your role is key to building customer loyalty and making our bakery a place people love to return to.
What You'll Do- Welcome customers with genuine warmth and assist them in selecting breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations, including pairing suggestions and details about ingredients or allergens.
- Accurately process orders and payments using our POS system.
- Package products attractively and ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting display area.
- Assist with restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and checking product freshness.
