JOB REQUIREMENTS for Chief Bank Examiner
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- Possession of a Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Completion of one of the following programs: CSBS Trust Examiner School; OR FDIC Asset Management School; OR Federal Reserve Principles of Fiduciary Management; OR Cannon Financial Institute Trust I.
- Three years experience in financial analysis of financial institutions to determine resulting ratios, statistical comparisons, disclosure omissions, misstatements, and other irregularities applicable to financial operations.
- Three years experience in examining financial institutions.
- Three years experience in enforcing compliance with financial institutions laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
- Six months experience in staff supervision which includes planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of others.
