Job Description
Within this Custodial Supervisor I role, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in custodial work for the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill. Duties will revolve around ensuring adequate supplies are on-hand, assist with the ordering of supplies, and keep track of inventory supplies. JOB REQUIREMENTS for Custodial Supervisor I
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- Six months' experience in performing institutional or office custodial work.
- Knowledge of record keeping.
- Knowledge of staff supervision acquired through course work, academic training, training provided through an employer, or performing as a lead worker overseeing the work of others; OR supervising staff which may include planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of others; OR supervising through subordinate supervisors a group of professional, technical, and clerical employees.
