Job Description
This is the management level, responsible for managing and supervising the work of judicial case management staff to ensure the timely and efficient progression of court cases. This level is distinguished from previous levels by overseeing case management operations through supervisory staff that directly report to this class and making decisions on complex and unusual challenges. JOB REQUIREMENTS for Judicial Operations Manager
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- Three years' experience in managing cases as they move through the legal process.
- Three years' experience in researching files, records, and other sources of information, to ensure accurate case data and resolve issues in case flow or other issues.
- Three years' experience in narrative report writing.
- Six months' experience in staff supervision.
