Job Description
This is the entry level of judicial case processing work, responsible for reviewing, preparing, processing, and maintaining a variety of legal/court documents and records. Employees perform the full range of Essential Functions, including routine and standardized assignments, under close supervision. Courtesy, act, and effectiveness are required when providing information to and interacting with various court personnel and the general public

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Judicial Case Processor I Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: 1. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in document processing such as reviewing and evaluating records for completeness and conformity with laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures, resolving deficiencies, and tracking and monitoring activities. 2. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in record keeping such as maintaining, filing, tracking, and retrieving physical, electronic, and digital documents, reports, or other information. 3. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data. 4. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in customer service such as providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers seeking information, answering requests as quickly as possible, ensuring customers are satisfied with service, and responding to complaints.
