Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Oversee the set of up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etcetera)
- Assist the IT Manager and Director of IT in the design, coordination, and installation of IT solutions
- Check computer hardware to ensure efficiency
- Supervise the installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Maintain records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
- Identify computer shortages and place orders
- Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
- Perform other duties as assigned
