What You’ll Do- Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized materials
- Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Use measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate welding equipment and shop tools safely
- Inspect welds and make adjustments as needed
- Follow Lean / 5S practices to keep work areas organized
- Work with a team to hit daily production goals
- Trade school / welding program graduates
- Candidates with hands-on or shop class experience
