Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced receptionist to join our New Castle, DE Headquarters! The ideal candidate has experience with multi-line switchboards and is comfortable in a high-pressured, ever-changing environment.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Greet visitors.?

+ Answer telephone calls (150+ calls per day).?

+ Perform responsibilities with a high level of energy and professionalism.??

+ Scan vendor packing slips and attach to Purchase Orders daily. Ability to learn our ERP System (Eclipse).??

+ Completes special projects or supports as assigned.

+ General administrative tasks (i.e. filing, scanning, data entry, and special projects).?

+ Order office/break room supplies.?

+ Responsible for cash reconciliation and deposit slips for bank.?

+ Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.??

+ Works closely with all internal departments, combining individual efforts to better serve the customer.?

+ Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that?occur?or are?witnessed.?

+ Support all United Electric health, safety, and environmental policies for all employees within your branch.?

Qualifications:

+ Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm

+ High energy level

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Professional phone manners

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ Ability to work well under pressure

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ High School Diploma required
