Executive Talent Partner - Industrial Water (Sales & Industry Talent)
Location : US - flexible / regional focus

Role
Solenis is seeking a commercially credible, highly connected industry professional to drive hiring strategy for our Industrial Water business.

This is a business-facing role embedded within the commercial organization, designed for someone who understands the water treatment industry from the inside and can leverage their network to directly impact growth. Whether through commercial sales leadership, business development, or specialized industry recruiting, the focus is on bringing market insight and relationships into a critical hiring function.

This role is not a traditional HR or transactional recruiting position - it is a market-facing, relationship-driven role focused on engaging and attracting top commercial talent from within the industry.

The primary objective is simple: leverage deep industry relationships and market insight to attract high-performing commercial talent that drives growth.
This position requires peer-level credibility with experienced sales professionals and a trusted partnership with business leadership.

This role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible position, working directly with commercial leadership to shape hiring strategy and influence growth across a priority market.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated talent partner to Industrial Water commercial leadership

Develop and execute talent strategies aligned to territory expansion, customer segments, and growth priorities

Activate existing industry networks to generate immediate candidate pipelines and support urgent hiring needs

Leverage existing industry relationships to proactively identify and engage high-performing commercial professionals

Build and maintain talent maps across competitors and adjacent markets

Assess candidates for commercial acumen, consultative selling capability, technical credibility, and cultural alignment

Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability

Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring process

Build long-term talent pipelines that support multi-year growth objectives

Requirements

7+ years of commercial sales, business development, account management, or highly specialized industry recruiting with strong commercial exposure within water treatment, specialty chemicals, or related industrial markets

Demonstrated depth of professional network within the industrial water commercial community

Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, territory management, and solution-based selling

Ability to build credibility quickly with senior sales and business leaders

High level of business acumen and ability to evaluate commercial performance drivers

Proactive, relationship-driven approach to engaging passive talent

Comfort operating in a role that blends strategic market engagement with disciplined hiring execution
