About the role AAA Dry Foam is looking for a reliable, hands-on Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our growing team. Power tool experience and a strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service on every job site
- Perform on-site production work, including mold remediation, air duct cleaning, water damage restoration, and more
- Maintain a clean and organized job site—day or night
- Learn and develop expertise in our cleaning processes, equipment, and safety procedures
- Uphold company standards, including uniform and conduct policies
- A dependable, hardworking, and punctual team player
- Someone comfortable with physical labor and operating power tools
- A professional appearance and respectful, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Experience in mold mitigation, construction, or demolition is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Some evening and weekend availability
- Reliable transportation (preferred)
- DOT physical card (preferred)
