We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team serving Milford/Millsboro, Kent County. In this rewarding role, you'll build strong patient relationships, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding care.

Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and mobility strategies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standardsQualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Current and appropriate Physical Therapist licensure
Home health or home care experience preferred
Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance required

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
