Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of operational tasks within our facility. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, managing returns, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency in alignment with company protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Fulfill daily operational duties such as order picking, packing, receiving goods, and assembling components.
+ Utilize updated systems and tools to streamline product intake and return processes.
+ Assist across multiple departments or zones as operational needs arise.
+ Conduct inventory verification using handheld devices and internal software platforms.
+ Notify supervisors or team leads upon completion of assigned responsibilities.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following end-of-day procedures.
+ Ensure all scheduled orders are finalized before shift completion.
+ Rotate through various warehouse sections based on staffing and workload.
Essential Skills
+ Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
+ Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
+ Strong organizational habits and ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Capable of lifting items weighing up to 45 lbs. regularly.
+ Physically able to bend, twist, and lift between 40-50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $17.50/hr.
