Job Description

As a Rental Maintenance Technician, you will handle day-to-day turn maintenance, resident work orders, and preventative property care. Your main duties will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving routine maintenance requests submitted by residents.
• Preparing vacant units for new move-ins ("turning" units), ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and functional standards.
• Performing troubleshooting and minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Handling basic carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and hardware replacements. Maintaining clear, professional communication with residents and the property management office regarding job statuses.
