Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients in the field, fostering strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular property walk-throughs.
- Monitor job sites to ensure cleanliness, quality, and consistency, upholding company standards and horticultural best practices.
- Organize daily and weekly crew schedules, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training to new and existing crew members in equipment use, horticulture, safety, and customer service.
- Motivate and mentor crews to work efficiently and professionally, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Identify property needs and enhancement opportunities during site visits, communicating these to clients and the sales team.
- Assist in preparing proposals and estimating small-scale maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies on all job sites.
