Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization dedicated to innovative digital solutions, is seeking a WordPress Developer to join their team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be part of the Development Department supporting the Marketing and IT teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: WordPress Developer

Location: Hybrid to Dover DE preferred, open to remote

Pay Range: $45-50/hr

What’s the Job?

+ Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet organizational needs

+ Build responsive, high-performing, and user-friendly websites that enhance user experience

+ Integrate WordPress sites with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud using APIs and middleware

+ Develop and manage data flows between WordPress and Salesforce systems to support business operations

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, CRM, and IT to optimize website performance and security

What’s Needed?

+ 3+ years of experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio of projects

+ Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL

+ Hands-on experience with WordPress REST APIs and third-party integrations

+ Experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce platforms using APIs (REST/SOAP) and OAuth authentication

+ Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and understanding of web services and middleware tools
