Job Description
No experience? If you have a willingness to learn, we provide the training! You need to have a great attitude and want to grow with our amazing and fun company!This is a floater position. Employment is on an as-needed basis, without a long-term commitment or guaranteed hours. Floaters are usually hired for short-term or intermittent work, and your hours may vary based on our needs grows. This position is temporary, irregular, and has no expectation of ongoing employment. Casual workers are paid an hourly rate and only paid for the hours they work. You must be:
- Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
- A team player – you’ll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout Wilmington, Hockessin, and Newark.
- A hard worker – this is a physical job (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
- Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- A good driver with a valid license without restrictions
- Willing to submit to a national background check
