We are looking to hire joyful, kind, patient, and empathetic individuals who can dedicate their time and energy to assisting seniors with their day-to-day routines. Caregivers from our local agency offer a wide range of services, including those that fall under the umbrellas of Alzheimer's care, companion care, respite care, personal care, and transitional care. We are very careful about matching elderly adults with caregivers who suit their personality and can handle their care requirements, and we have a strong track record of making matches that result in lasting relationships.
Job Duties:
- Help with bathing and other aspects of personal care
- Light household chores and homemaking tasks, including meal preparation
- Reminding seniors about their medication schedules and doctors' appointments
- Taking part in soothing conversation that prevents loneliness and isolation
- Offering respite for family caregivers who feel overwhelmed
- Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds (Physical within the last 60 days with authorization to lift 25 pounds)
- Negative TB test within the last year
- TB test results good for 1 year
- Running errands (Driver license required)
- Mileage reimbursement (up to 10 miles per week),
- *private cases mileage unlimited
