Materials Manager Summary
The Materials Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of Operating Room (OR) Materials Management and the Storeroom Inventory Management as well as Supply Operations for TidalHealth Nanticoke. This role oversees inventory control, replenishment, and distribution processes to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations. The Materials Manager leads departmental staff and processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, and retention. This position manages OR case cart supply and assembly workflows, coordinates inventory activities across the OR Core and Storeroom, and ensures accurate and adequate on-hand supply levels to meet forward coverage and internal customer requirements.
Materials Manager Schedule
- Assigned to day shift, Monday through Friday, occasional weekends may be required. Expected to respond to calls after normal working hours or weekends.
