Job Description
Skilled Construction Laborer Work with the site superintendents on new home construction. Will be working with Warranty Manager and Construction Supervisor. This position requires knowledge of warranty issues and new home construction. Duties will vary from day to day. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, and will be required to work in various locations throughout Kent and Sussex counties. Applicants should have handy man experience in maintenance of homes, repairs as needed for new home construction. Be able to follow directions, and use various machinery & tools, such as hammers, tape measure, lawn movers, etc.
This position will also be working with the rental managers.
