Coral Springs Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) Unit Manager to join our long-term care team in Wilmington, DE

Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit

Participate in daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team

Implement and interpret organizational policies

Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings

Address resident and family questions or concerns

Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

Previous Supervisor experience
