Job Description
We’re searching for a motivated and passionate Estimator & Job Cost Specialist to join our Team.
This is a full-time role supporting all divisions, including Delaware, Virginia, Nashville, and Idaho, with responsibilities that include:
Complete budget preparation for projects including material and labor cost
- Take-off/estimates for projects
- Job scheduling, coordination, and execution including, but not limited to
- Purchase orders
- Bills of material
- Sub-contracts
- Interface with the Construction Managers
