Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms to record and analyze financial data accurately.
- Perform account analysis, account reconciliation, and journal entries to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Analyze financial concepts related to receivables/payables and prepare reports for management review.
