Critical Peake Electrical Services is expanding and is actively hiring Residential Electrical Installers to support projects in Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We are a Maryland-based electrical contractor serving Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Delaware, known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a strong commitment to our team.

What You’ll Do

· Perform code-compliant residential electrical installations and repairs

· Install and upgrade panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and service heavy-ups

· Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues

· Run wiring, conduit, and raceways as required

· Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

· Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

· Complete job documentation accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

· Valid driver’s license

· Journeyman License preferred

· 2+ years of residential electrical experience

· Strong troubleshooting and installation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Professional, customer-focused mindset

· Strong safety awareness and reliability
