Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings, showcasing upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations during the payment process.
