Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking an AWC Coordinator to be a part of our Agency with Choice Program (AWC). The AWC Program assists individuals and their families under the Lifespan Waiver through the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services with the hiring and management of their caregiver(s). Job Duties:
- Enrolling, monitoring, and assisting participants, families, and their caregivers.
- Assist with balancing and managing the participants funding for the year.
- Train the participant and caregiver on the electronic system, Therap.
- Assist participants with their attendant’s payroll issues and/or discrepancies.
- Meet with participant and their family quarterly and as needed regarding program services and processes.
- Collaborate with Division of Developmental Disabilities Services regarding participant services and support.
