Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing department.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high performance and compliance with care standards.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of nursing personnel.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality resident care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure optimal patient care outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Address and resolve patient or family concerns promptly and compassionately.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation.
• Participate in facility leadership meetings and contribute to overall operational goals.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, residents, and families.
