16 temporary Landscape Laborers, full-time from 02/01/2026 to 10/31/2026. Work will be performed at various worksite locations throughout Cecil County, MD & Kent County, DE
Job Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be
able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following:
sod laying, planting, watering, digging, raking, assists with installation/maintenance of sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Must exercise independent judgement; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but the position does not include supervision of other workers.
No minimum education or experience required.
Employer will provide on-the-job training.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work a 5-day schedule including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Applicant must complete an employment application.
The employer will offer a minimum 35 hours of work per week. Normal shift:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Work on weekends may be required. Workdays, hours and shift times may vary
depending on weather conditions and business demands.
