Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:• Plan, monitor and control all service activities to achieve established service objectives and business unit forecasts.
• Prepare annual budgets for all service operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train and assess staff.
• Communicate, monitor and enforce policies to ensure a high level of consistency within branch.
• Model, reinforce and monitor safe work practices.
• Analyze all monthly service financial statements.
• Develop & maintain customer relations
• Manage and oversee company and union matters.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
