We are currently hiring a Full Time Host in Rehoboth Beach, DE at Brewings & Eats
Welcomes guests and coordinates the flow and seating of patrons throughout areas of the building. Answers customers questions concerning the location, history, and our merchandise.
What You'll Brew:
- Address any compliments or complaints of patrons and relaying the information to management
- Maintains appearance suitable to guests' expectations and compliant with company policy
- Greets guests, identifies seating plan, directing them to the bars, tables, or kitchen counter location, sets up advertising displays, arranges merchandise in retail area to promote sales
- Provides guests beer menu's, ensure menu's are on surrounding tables and are clean, wiped down
- Daily tracking of any reservations or private events that might be taking place
- Communicates with staff and managers regarding any business situations & requests * Obtains merchandise requested by customer and receives merchandise selected by customer
- Wraps or Bags merchandise for customers
- Suggestively sell additional merchandise to customers
- Provides hi-chairs, booster seats, and crayons for children when necessary
- Cleans shelves, host stand area, and surrounding tables, and merchandise area/shelves
- Maintains the wait list
