Job Description
This year-round position is responsible for assisting in the development of interpretive exhibits and waysides and helping lead statewide interpretive functions (communication, evaluation, and program promotion) within Delaware State Parks. This position will also support park-level and statewide programming/ interpretive initiatives as well as other Interpretive Services Team projects and focus areas. These programs and initiatives increase the public’s awareness of their surrounding environment and foster the appreciation, enjoyment and utilization of the natural and cultural resources and experiences of Delaware State Parks.To view the entire job announcement and apply, Click Here.

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas 1. Six months experience writing, editing, planning and/or producing content for exhibits, publications and/or online resources. 2. Six months experience creating and managing spreadsheets. 3. Six months experience coordinating and promoting special events or initiatives. 4. One year experience using Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word. 5.
