Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of acute/outpatient healthcare agencies/facilities in Delaware. The incumbent will review State licensure surveys of acute/outpatient healthcare agencies/facilities. This includes reviewing/assessing policies, procedures, forms, etc. for new interested providers and reviewing/assessing corrective action plans. The incumbent will also participate in updating acute/outpatient healthcare regulations, prepare/maintain records, and may appear in courts of law or before boards/commissions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Registered Nurse III
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing and at least one year experience as a Registered Nurse OR a Master's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license OR multi-state compact license.
