Job Description
Marking Associate
Summary: This position is primarily responsible for marking production material and assisting with other material handling and packaging functions as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup, load and unload all production parts for Dot Peen and/or laser marking as required to achieve scheduled due dates while maintaining all quality and production standards
- Review paperwork to ensure parts are marked to correct standards
- Work closely with Inspection for quality review and adjust as needed
- Read drawings to determine location of marking on part
- Cross train in other areas, including packaging, assembly, and testing
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures, complies with quality regulations
- Accomplish manufacturing and organization mission by completing other related tasks as requested
