Job Description
Summary of Position
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Site Construction Surveyor who will report directly to the Director of Survey and 3D Modeling. Based out of the Dagsboro, DE office, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to follow proper procedures, perform accurate calculations, and work seamlessly in a team-based environment. The Construction Surveyor will primarily focus on performing topography, construction stakeout, and as-built & control surveys using both conventional and GPS methods.
Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Stakeout all aspects of site projects
- Support site crews and GPS systems.
- Perform office computations for stakeout.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
