Venza Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Delaware Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center. Shifts Available:

1. Night 12 hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
6. Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.
